Good news, everyone!  Chrome 53 (53.0.2785.97) for Android has been released and will be available in Google Play over the next few days.  This release primarily contains performance and stability fixes; a partial list of the changes in this build is available in the Git log. Details on new features (including Android Pay support) can be found on the Chrome Blog.
